Grass Roots

Started by juicing expert Shane Stuart, Grass Roots is the darling juice bar of Downtown. Located in the John E. Carson building, this daytime juice bar serves up some of the most creative blends of juices and snacks in town. It’s in a tiny spot, so visiting after the morning drive time is the best option. Housed at The LINQ, Squeeze is the ultimate in good … with a touch of naughty. While the spot offers up fresh squeezed juices, in typical Vegas fashion, it also serves alcoholic versions sans artificial ingredients (which kind of defeats the purpose, but its Vegas …).
