First, you get to choose your base from which to build your masterpiece: margherita, verde, bianca, or marinara. Next, you can choose from a wide variety of delicious vegetable or meat toppings to create a one of a kind pizza. You may even select one of their tried-and-true recipes and order from their specialty pizza menu. With a sizzling pizza oven hovering at 800 degrees, these pies take less than two minutes to cook, so your creation will be ready in a jiffy for you to enjoy. The menu delivers more than just pizza; you can choose from a variety of salads and small bites. You can even personalize your soft drink selection as they have one of those fancy Coke fountains that allow you to mix different flavors. We couldn’t resist the Raspberry Vanilla Coke.

When we showed up for a midweek late lunch, the place was nearly empty so we could really investigate and choose our options wisely. The friendly staff explained everything to us in detail and made suggestions to help make our pizza the tastiest it could be. We chose a margherita base with sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, jalapenos, and soppressata. The crust was crunchy on the edges and soft toward the middle and the sauce was lip smacking delicious! We enjoyed the super spicy broccolini (mental note to self: must try to replicate recipe) and meatballs as an accompaniment to our meal and it proved to be just enough for two. That said, the pizza’s are not enormous and taste very light, so anybody with an appetite could easily polish off there own pie, especially if you skip the sides.

We give 800 Degrees two thumbs up and recommend it any day for a lunch or casual dinner. You can’t go wrong with fresh ingredients.
